Ruh-ruh-ruh-ReeeeeeeeeeeCAP:
I had one hella joyous day (despite my monster headache) at school which is a new and exciting phenomenon...
Physics we watched some movie with some crazy college professor... but it was a nice excuse to sleep a little longer.
In Lit we did NOT do the circle-up-5th-grade-sissy-corral discussion game, for which excitement and happiness cannot fully be expressed. It feels good to be a high schooler again.
Dans la classe de francais, we had Mr. Audet for a sub and he is tres amusante... we also watched The Little Prince (in English- bonus!) and I do not even know how to begin describing that film other than it is the French people's version of Pink Floyd's "The Wall" - clearly a drug induced trip of a movie. Favorite quote: "Why am I happy? I'm dying of thirst!" (In a happy sing-songy tone, complete with over-done smile)
Um... study hall I booked it up to Mrs. Trier's room which I find ironic that it should be my new hang out since I hated her up until about, oh... 2 days ago... but she's cool now because she let's me come up with Neha even though I don't have math and now we're going to start bringing treats on Fridays! YAY!
Then in choir we did not sing, nor did we have the stupid student teacher lead us in like 30 minutes of warm-ups and solfege so that made me all the more cheery.
Yearbook - I walked around and handed out the Freshmen Questionnaire... aka aimlessly wandered the halls of EHS. Solid.(PS: The freshy who answered the following question: How does it feel to be chomped by the seniors at pep-fests? - "SENIORS ARE RETARDED" shall be victim of severe hazing.)
And then... dun dun dun... RISK SOCIETY. I love it when the nerdiness seeps into my pours on Tuesday afternoons... but all is well because my boy took over the world! Does that make me queen of all?? That would be sweet.
Then I put in my two week's notice at the library - despite feeling really bad about the whole quitting thing... I did a few celebratory jumps into the air!
Thank you, that is all. Later days.
